30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Within 30 days of the delivery date
- In its original packaging, with all parts and accessories included
- In resalable condition (unless the item arrived damaged or defective)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your fountain arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or short video of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item in most cases.
How to Start a Return
Email us at contact@beanpawsspring.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
Return Shipping
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover return shipping.
- For change-of-mind returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, used filter packs and replacement filters cannot be returned unless they are defective.
