We're committed to getting your BeanPaws fountain to you quickly and reliably.

Processing Time
Orders placed on a business day are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Transit Time
Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location within the US.

Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Delays
Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to high demand, weather, or carrier issues outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, we'll do our best to keep you informed.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, but contact us right away and we'll help if the order hasn't shipped yet.
